Emblematic fruit of the Mediterranean, the pomegranate is the star of late summer and early autumn. The pomegranate trees, often with irregular and twisted trunks, they are present on the margins of our fields and orchards. its fruit, color cream in intense red, it is very popular in Valencian gastronomy.
