They are made of resin, PVC, madera, metal or paper, they drink from graffiti, urban art and popular culture, and like any unique or limited object touched by the artist's wand, They can reach significant prices. Well then, in July it is celebrated in Valencia (and in thirteen other countries) the international festival Art Toy Con with group exhibitions, conferences, workshops and a market where you can buy all kinds of pieces. The main theme that stars in the exhibitions will be Kaiju, the Japanese word for “strange beast” or “giant beast” that became a film subgenre following the release of Godzilla in 1954. AU
