At the end of last month, the Arrelaires collective presented the project that they will coordinate together with the impulse of the Food Council of Valencia and the Agriculture Department of the Valencia City Council to make a dynamic map of the agri-food system in the city of Valencia that helps bring consumers closer to these products. This information will serve as a basis for knowing the problems and realities of the city's agri-food system and being able to outline public policies aimed at this sector. The purpose is to provide accessible information on where to purchase garden products through current marketing channels and to make visible who produces them.
