Design as a engine of social transformation, to debate at the Higher School of Design of Valencia (EASD). With the aim of combating the dystopian pessimism in which we are sunk, dialogues this year focuses on the design of futures or prospective design, intended to explore possible future scenarios through creativity. Journalists, writers and philosophers will talk to us about future challenges and opportunities, and different professionals will explain their experiences in the application of design in these contexts: the study of architecture H Architects, known for his innovative approach to the climate emergency or the activist of theupcycling Maroussia Rebecq, among others. The tribute Toni Miserachs will inaugurate the exhibition pioneers, about key women in the history of design, and the days will close with the innovative fashion show Miscellaneous Catwalk. AU
