The migrations, the violence, pleasure or identity are themes that plan for the nine installations of the first retrospective exhibition of the man from Castellón Pepe Beas in the Spanish State. The video is the guiding thread of the show The margins of the real organized by Center del Carme, because it started with him, experimenting in independent cinema with plans and sequences with Super 8 and 16mm that transgressed narrative cinema. Said the curator of the show, Silvia Tena, that as early as the mid-eighties, Beas was already partying with what would later be known as video art.
