UNTIL SUNDAY 26/4
CARME CENTER. Museum, 2
Architect by training and draftsman by vocation, Paco Camallonga it combines the technical and artistic knowledge that the creation of a falla requires. He knows how to do everything. Draw the dolls digitally (he put the paper aside a long time ago) and models them in 3D, drinking from great references like Akira Toriyama, the creator of Dragon Ball. Camallonga is responsible for this year's children's municipal failure and, with the Santaeulalia l’any passat, the Carme Center dedicates an exhibition to him. You will see pardoned dolls that honor the 13, Barnacle Street by Francisco Ibáñez, that remember the solidarity that erupted in the aftermath of the Poio barricade or that tenderly portray Alzheimer's disease. Then he will show you his facet as a comic book artist and, lastly, a flurry of hanging sketches that prove he's a good geek and an excellent draftsman. S.M.
