Jose Garcia Poveda, “The skinny”, is a photographer who has made a name for himself in Valencia. Good proof of this is the exhibition that the University of Valencia dedicated to him in 2017, Valencia del Flaco, with some of the most emblematic images of the artistic and cultural life of Cap i Casal that he has captured over the last decades. Flaco's ties with The Valencia Show they are also narrow, since he has covered it as a photographer for the leisure guide What and Where, the Turia Billboardand the festival itself. For that, has plenty of material to fill this one anthology of 45 black and white portraits of some of the national and international stars who have passed through the Valencian film festival since the 1980s: Pedro Almodovar, Sophia Loren, Giulietta Masina, Angela Molina, Costa-Gavras, Carmen Maura and Fernando Fernán Gómez, others.
