In our predominantly virtual and digital environment we long for objects with texture and folds, that can be touched and smelled, like ceramics with its infinite expressive possibilities. That is why the University of Valencia and theSchool of Art and Ceramics of Manises have organized the exhibition Ceramics in woman's hands on, in addition to, the role of women in artistic creation is vindicated. Seven ceramists with extensive experience and different aesthetic approaches show delicate and subtle works stoneware and porcelain where the color white predominates. The twist, the modeling, extrusion or construction using clay plates are some of the techniques used to create unique works full of meaning. AU
