Enmig de la monotonia d’un poble industrial i gris, on les fàbriques semblen haver absorbit cada racó de vida, una espurna d’esperança i color s’encén amb l’arribada d’un espectacle musical. L’alegria que passa ens submergeix en un món on la rutina del dia a dia es trenca per un moment, i els cors dels seus habitants són sacsejats pel centelleig de la música i l’espectacle. La companyia especialitzada en musicals Dagoll Dagom ens presenta en aquesta ocasió un text de Santiago Rusiñol que va ser estrenat en el Teatre Romea l’any 1898, i what, tot i que es tracta d’un relat d’arrels clàssiques, desprèn, hui en dia, una forta empremta contemporània.
