BLUE FLOWERS

RUSSAFA ROOM. Dénia, 55

Absolute premiere of blue flowers, the first long play of La Dramática, a Valencian team that began to create in 2015. Irene Gonzalez (Veronica's children, by Jerónimo Cornelles), Jose Terol (Don't talk about it, by Gabi Ochoa) i José Torres (Lazarillo, of Arden) they are the protagonists of this one crude representation of the lives of four women imprisoned during Franco's regime simply by being born at a particular time or place. The two actors embody the lives of these women and are introduced to the scene by another woman, with the narrator. An austere staging that brings us closer to the horror experienced in Franco's prisons full of arbitrary injustices and crimes against human rights that continue to go unpunished. INÉS LUJÁN
