Sometimes it's time to claim what's ours, that full lunch bar, with sandwich, cocoas, olives and coffee, with homemade lunch menu at a good price. The typical bravas and calamari bar, Of those who already remain few. That's the Domingo Tavern, a bar without frills in front of the beautiful Ayora garden, where they welcome you with a “Bonica, what do I put you?”. So you debate between asking for El Domingo (potato, young garlic, entrecôte and garlic oil) or the Anem to the mess (secret, mushrooms, cheddar, mayonnaise and Mery sauce). Should we accompany it with an octopus in tempura, some torreznos or another and eel pepper? At midday they serve a menu of three tapas to share and a main dish that can be noodle, syrupy rice, meat or fish of the day, for eleven euros. Good prices, good genre and the overflowing friendliness of David and his team attract a clientele every day that seeks the familiarity of the traditional Valencian bar. ¿And Cremaet, dear? MADAME G
