Ingredients:
400 gr. cream cheese · 100 gr. yogurt · 180 gr. of flour · 200 gr. sugar · 5 eggs · 1 tablespoon of baking powder · A pinch of vanillin · 100 gr. dark chocolate chips.
Preparation:
· This dessert is quick and easy to make, and can be left ready to be served in a matter of a short time.
· Prepare a cake pan of about 26 cm. in diameter with baking paper on the base. While, preheat the oven to 180ºC.
· Mix all the ingredients (except for chocolate) without lumps.
· Pour the mixture into the mold and spread the dark chocolate chips on top.
· Place the mold on a baking tray with water (cooking in a bain-marie) and bake for 25 minutes to 180 ºC.
· Once done, can be stored in the refrigerator, but it is advisable to give it a little heat just before serving., with a little hot chocolate on top.
