Thirty lights

Diana Toucedo · Spain · 2017 · Script: Diana Toucedo · Performers: Documentary film.

It is difficult to talk about what the first full-length work by Galician director Diana Toucedo tells us.. In a first approximation, Thirty lights tells the story of Alba, a twelve year old girl who discovers, with his friend Samuel, the world in a small town in rural Galicia. In the background, the film tells us about that world, of their customs, of their superstitions. But looking a little deeper, Toucedo tells us about a relationship that is being lost, that of the man with a forest, a nature that is no longer spoken to. G.LEON
