Winner of the Generation KPlus section of the last edition of the Berlin Festival. Queens places us in Peru, in the nineties. After winning the general elections, Alberto Fujimori, known as “The Chinese”, carries out a self-coup d'état, starting an era of authoritarian government. In this turbulent political and social context, two sisters and their mother want to leave the country. For it, however, they need their father's help, absent to date in the relationship.
