In the year 2008, Belgian lawyer Victor Hissel was arrested for possession of child pornography, causing a national scandal. Hissel had gained a certain public notoriety precisely for having been in charge of defending, twenty years before, to the victims of another famous case of pedophilia. The hero became a villain overnight. Joachim Lafosse is inspired by these facts to make a silence, film that recreates the intimate life of the Hessel family. A film that tells us about silence and shame as supports for evil. G.LEON
