Hosted by David Brieva, bookseller and cultural manager, the historian Áurea Ortiz and the journalist Mikel Labastida, LABdeseries aims to establish, through various screenings and colloquiums, a relaxed meeting between the public and the creators of television series. In this edition of the contest, the fantasy genre will play a prominent role. Series like game of thrones and its consequences, The witcher or the continuation of the saga of The Lord of the Rings have focused the attention of the public around the world. Together with prestigious specialists and professionals, We will review the most notable productions of this genre. Among this year's guests we find, besides, a Christopher Newman, producer and assistant director of series such as game of thrones, and the hand behind such well-known products as The Lord of the Rings: the rings of power, blood brothers, Bones, Roma, sagas like Star wars or movies like Superman, Peter's friends, What remains of the day, Notting hill, Love actually, Match Point o Oh mama.
