The festival dedicated to the black genre in Sagunto seems to have definitively banished theater and music from its programming. Black November maintains the exhibitions, the festival of shorts, the contests, the Carvalho dinner in tribute to the immortal detective of Vázquez Montalbán and, of course the cinema, the great protagonist. This year it can be seen Broker[3] d’Hirokazu Kore-Eda, awarded at the Cannes Film Festival 2022, The beasts [4] by Rodrigo Sorogoyen —awarded in San Sebastian, the French Caesars, the Feroz and the Goya—, the Italian For Chiara [10], The crooked lines of God [11] with Bárbara Lennie and Eduard Fernández, the documentary The forger [24] and the Humphrey Bogart classic In a lonely place [27].
