Baldovaar 923 is a winery located in the village of Baldovar, a la vila d'Alpont (the Serranos). Founded in 2017, have recovered an old wine cooperative in which they make wines with minimal intervention, Respecting the lunar cycle and applying ecological and biodynamic practices. They work with indigenous varieties such as marseguera, the boval and also from allochthons (no natives) with the Galician mencía. The vines are between twenty and eighty years old and are located between the 900 i 1.200 meters of altitude. Its range includes wines such as Arquela (100% marseguera), Paris Canada (fresh and mineral white), Scratch (I saw the breeze of Marseguera and Macabeu), Black Hill (mencia mediterranean), Berandia (high mountain boval) i Piece the Girl (Hare's eye rosé and boval). With an annual production of 40.000 bottles, Baldovaar 923 is a Serrania viticulture winery to consider. Its wines reflect the essence of a unique Valencian terroir. XAVIER BENAVENT
