Baldovaar 923 is a winery located in the village of Baldovar, a la vila d'Alpont (the Serranos). Founded in 2017, have recovered an old wine cooperative in which they make wines with minimal intervention, Respecting the lunar cycle and applying ecological and biodynamic practices. They work with indigenous varieties such as marseguera, the boval and also from allochthons (no natives) with the Galician mencía. The vines are between twenty and eighty years old and are located between the 900 i 1.200 meters of altitude.
