VIII BLACK TUESDAY OF AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL

SPORTING CLUB RUSSAFA. Sevilla, 5

For the eighth consecutive year, Amnesty International organizes its cycle Black Tuesday, what, using the literary gathering on the black novel as a vehicle, contributes to making visible the violation of human rights. This edition, which started in January with the novel The SEGA, by Martí Domínguez, it focuses on the crimes committed during the Spanish Civil War and the Franco dictatorship. In February we move through d’Downpour, by Luís Roso [20/2] in a village in the mountains of Madrid in the years 50, dominated by the abuse of power of the local caciques. Three more novels continue the cycle in the following months: dark years trilogy, by Rosa Ribas and Sabine Hofmann [6/3], The buried bones, by Silvestre Vilaplana [10/4] i The voices of Pamano, by Jaume Cabré [8/5].
