At the Valencia Culinary Festival

The Valencia haute cuisine festival brings together chefs Ricard Camarena, Luis Valls, Bernd Knöller or Begoña Rodrigo behind the stove. You will be able to enjoy four-handed menus made by some of the most cutting-edge chefs here along with international chefs who have been invited to work with them hand in hand.. Team cooking. For example, Enrique Medina (Apicus) y Yoko Hasei (LeClab) They will prepare a menu based on Balfegó bluefin tuna and will wash it down with German wines. Luis Valls will also work together (The village) y Atsushi Tanaka (AT); Bernd Knoller (Riff) y Harry Cummins (The Haberdashery), y Yoshikazu Yanome (Kaido) and Miguel Ángel Mayor (ex of Sucede). On the other hand, Knöler will take a guided tour of the Central Market with a tasting of local products, and Ricard Camarena will show the garden where he harvests the fruits and vegetables that shape his Oxalis menus, Fran Espí (The Branch) will prepare a picnic designed to eat on board a sailboat, Begoña Rodrigo (The Climb) will propose a fun menu paired with cocktails, Junior Franco will offer a dinner that reveals the infinite possibilities of the oyster and there will be a boat ride to learn more about rice cultivation in the tancats of the Albufera (similar to Dutch polders, lands conquered from the sea) and subsequent meal in Lisa Black by Quique Dacosta.
