The Valencia haute cuisine festival brings together chefs Ricard Camarena, Luis Valls, Bernd Knöller or Begoña Rodrigo behind the stove. You will be able to enjoy four-handed menus made by some of the most cutting-edge chefs here along with international chefs who have been invited to work with them hand in hand.. Team cooking. For example, Enrique Medina (Apicus) y Yoko Hasei (LeClab) They will prepare a menu based on Balfegó bluefin tuna and will wash it down with German wines. Luis Valls will also work together (The village) y Atsushi Tanaka (AT); Bernd Knoller (Riff) y Harry Cummins (The Haberdashery), y Yoshikazu Yanome (Kaido) and Miguel Ángel Mayor (ex of Sucede).
