The Tasta'l d'ací platform, born on 2012 at the shelter ofUrban Agenda, has launched a micro-patronage project that wants to create a network to put Valencian gastronomic culture on the table, its most genuine elaborations and products, hidden and original. After more than seventy collaborations, the project believes it is necessary to launch a web platform that is accessible and adaptable to all kinds of devices where we can give value and recognition to the wisdom of Valencian cuisine of all times, to their local varieties, to the restaurateurs who bring them to the table, to the gastronomic memory of our elders and to the producers who struggle to make a conscious and sustainable zero-kilometer product using Valencian raw materials.
A series of rewards designed in Valencian style, zero kilometer and sustainable, they invite us to meet, through illustrations by the Valencian Marta Antelo, half a dozen regional Valencian dishes. You will also be able to plant some of the traditional Valencian vegetable varieties, in addition to a series of gastronomic experiences to learn more about our traditional culinary culture: a workshop of traditional Valencian cakes and breads (with the award-winning Valencian baker Jesús Machí); boat kitchen, with Viler Jaume Pinet, or a taste of oil from the millennial olive groves of the Maestrat through Olis Cuquello and the Sentit initiative.
