Y es que sus propietarios, Massimo y Grazia, son gente de mundo, pues Palao ha existido antes en Venezuela, en Estados Unidos y en Francia, siempre con una propuesta original, con platos sinceros, elaborados con mimo y los mejores productos de mercado, acompañados de buen vino.
