L'HORTA CHEW

All neighborhood businesses are not the same, and to filter well which ones care (aside from surviving) to contribute to our planet, we have created some magic glasses by the AU. Every month we will talk to busy owners, feel the “pre”, happy to bring their products and services to us with a smile. They have put social responsibility and economic benefit into sharing a flat with excitement, like Bruno Muñoz, a young Valencian farmer who created the project L'Horta mastic. The field gives him today what he lacked yesterday, when a season of sickness and sorrow passed. One day he found the zero kilometer feed without chemicals and he was cured; then, began his love affair with artichokes. It's what playing with the garden has, that beautiful things like carlotes are born, cogombres or alls joints. He will be picking onions right now, teaching children in the schools of Castellar-Oliveral or taking boxes to restaurants and organic markets. That's Bruno: passionate. If you want your box and be his friendcustomer, please write to him at mastikalhorta@gmail.com. And I wonder, why he has to pay to produce organic and those who nail everything to the ground not?, I will think about it: ommmm. If you hear an explosion, i'm guilty! MARÍA DE QUESADA
