Using "creativity as a strategic factor for sustainable urban development", this is the purpose of a creative city according to Unesco, that in November of 2021 recognized Manises as such in the category of Crafts and Folk Arts, first and only in Spain. This Valencian town, known nationally and internationally for its ceramics for centuries, is now part of the Creative Cities Network and is preparing a 2022 full of activities. Of the 10 from June to 10 of September is celebrated 50 anniversary of the International Ceramics Biennial of Manises, which highlights designer ceramics and design as the engine of industrial ceramic production. The Hola Ceràmica project will open the doors of museums and workshops, and the Ceràmica Festival and its traditional cavalcade in the street will turn the city in July into an open-air ceramic stage with gastronomy and music. And lastly, for the younger ones, International Ceramic Archeology Camp, which will also be held in July. An opportunity to rediscover our intangible heritage. TERELO
