The new Hortensia Herrero Foundation and the González Martí National Museum of Ceramics are incorporated as the headquarters of this festival called FestIN that marries all the naturalness of the world of art and gastronomy. They join other emblematic cultural centers of the city such as Carmel Center, Gens Bombs, l’VAT o Arts that have been giving roof to pairings for years, artistic tours and other proposals related to opera or theatre. you will be able enjoy the rehearsals before the premiere of the operaa Orpheus and Euridice at Les Arts before trying a gastronomic pairing signed by the Contrapunt chef Paul Minister; visit the garden of Bombas Gens and have a vermouth with aperitif designed by Ricard Camarena; discover the Hortensia Herrero Art Center with a wine tasting led by Guillaume Glories, manager i sommelier from Entrevins restaurant (65€!!); visit the exhibition of Nuria Rodrígeuz in Shiras Galería with a subsequent tasting designed by Mª José Martínez from the restaurant Canvas, or see the work Vesania at the Russafa Room with Apotheke cocktail, the first clandestine cocktail bar in Valencia; combine the works of the Museum of Fine Arts with cava, oysters and Japanese food from Hotaru or take a private tour of the National Museum of Ceramics, focused on ceramic objects for the table, which continues with a discussion accompanied by a selection of local sweets.
