"We want to make visible the pride in our bibliodiversity. To the Independent Publishing Fair (FLI) we will show a multiplicity of texts and artistic works to cover a wide range of expectations, hi haurà from poetry or narrative, to rarities, hybrids and surprises". This is how África Ramírez explains, president of theAssociation of Publishers of the Valencian Country (AEPV) organizer of the event, what does the third edition of a fair offer that will set up camp in Plaça de la Reina with more than forty exhibitors from independent publishers from Valencia and from other parts of the state such as Madrid or Bizcaya, in addition to bookshops with a themed background and creators of illustrated self-publishing in media such as the fanzine, sheets or crafts. Among others, publishers like shipyard, Pre-Texts, story o Hightide, the illustrator(e)s com Elías Taño, Pablo Caracol, Paula Pé o Pillar of the River. Within the program you will find twenty proposals for all audiences (there will be storytellers, clown and theater for children) among which stand out the hundred expected signatures. Luís Demano will sign the books Illustrated History of Rock i human rights of LITERA BOOKS, Luci Romero the essay The art of telling nature of Barlin Books i Angela Navarro the poem Ultra of The Spoiled. This is just a taste, approach them to discover literature and independent editions not easily accessible to find outside the conventional circuits. AU
