VALENCIA MARKETS
The Valencia City Council promotes the third edition of this Bonic/a Fest aimed at recognizing the work of the Valencian markets in a fun-festive atmosphere. As a novelty, the chef Ricard Camarena will guide the 5 October a visit to the Central Market giving the keys to how to identify and choose the best fresh product, how to preserve it and how to treat it. Those attending the Bonic/a Fest may choose to participate in the event through a contest on social networks. Along with the forty proposals to promote support for local commerce and local talent that are spread throughout the Valencian markets, music will continue to be the protagonist. At the foot of the Central Market, on María Cristina Avenue, a scenario will be installed whereby we will see Abraham Boba pass (Leon Benavente) to the dishes, Las Chillers Live, Lorena Castell and Carlos Areces from Ojete Calor (23h.), which repeats for the second consecutive year and will be, definitely, one of the highlights of the festival. In the rest of the city market we can dance to the rhythm of Candela Roots, Frida, Dixie Jumble, Big Hollers, Mendoza y Grazinsky, The Walkers and Natali Mcpears, among many others. AU
