The organizers of recreation They had the audacity to launch the first edition in October of the post-confinement of 2020, for more inri, in a young place that was beginning its (short) walking, Leaf. Things went well and the new Valencian art book fair will repeat this year, again in an almost brand new headquarters, TWO, the new digital and multimedia design school located in the heart of Carmen. There will be around ninety exhibitors occupied by publishers., collectives, magazine, fairs, universities and self-publishers 21 countries. There will be local and national ones, but this year the international presence is notable: Dutch publishers Suitcase y Onomatopoeia specialized in contemporary art, theory and criticism; Lebanon's leading design and visual culture magazine Journal Safar; Kayfa Ta, one of the reference projects of independent publishing in the Arab world; and publishers from different corners of the European continent such as Stolen Books (Portugal), Hurricane Press (Hungary), Spector Books (Germany) o KBJ Publishing (Denmark). Photography, illustration, Artist Books, catalogs, criticism and essay or architecture are some of the genres that can be found at the fair, whose program of activities includes conferences, presentations, exhibitions and workshops that have not yet been revealed. While you wait for the traditional Book Fair of Viveros—recalled in October due to the pandemic—, you can check out art books, after, in december, the illustration will arrive from the hand of You Mouth…Long live the books!
