Habitem el Café Rialto is an initiative of the Valencian Institute of Culture that started at the beginning of 2019 proposing free activities related to the public theatrical productions that could be seen in the room in the Plaça de l’Ajuntament. Journalists have passed by the small stage of Café Rialto, writers, musicians and dramatists of the most varied to deal with issues and problems linked to the plays that appeared on the poster, and we think that these days of cultural paralysis is a good time to recover via Youtube some interesting sessions (let us know, the quality of the videos is quite poor). Like for example, the talk about the class struggle that was proposed taking advantage of the premiere of the play Everything explodes, directed by Carla Chillida, or the one that focused on the role of women in the last hundred years, related to the show Turtledove, by Begoña Tena (per cert, on the channel you will find a multiple interview that the students of IES Barri El Carme did to the author). You also have the colloquium "Pulling: warriors and journalists are now footballers and models", with the journalists Carlos Garsán, Esther Collado and Eva Montesinos, and in relation to the work itself, Pulling, you can listen to the director of the program ya desaparecido Contigo inside the Cadena Ser, Celia Blanco, talk about “When we stop being princesses”. Finally, the videos of some post-performance talks are uploaded in which the students of IES Barri el Carme and Lluis Vives ask the actors about the plays they have just starred in: Alexandria, Faust, Godot… AU
