Los conspiranoicos y las teorías de la conspiración existen desde que el mundo es mundo. Hace mucho que los judíos son sospechosos de mover hilos en la sombra para dominar el orbe (¡maldito George Soros!) y que los masones esconden asuntos muy sucios detrás de sus simbolitos y sus señas. Eso echando la vista atrás, más recientes son las teorías sobre manos negras detrás del asesinato de John F. Kennedy, ETA cometiendo los atentados del 11-M, redes de pedofilia y tráfico de niños a cargo de políticos del Partido Demócrata y el establishment progre de Hollywood (Pizzagate) o farmacéuticas esparciendo el Covid-19 para forrarse vendiendo vacunas (si salen tan beneficiadas, it will be for a reason). Daniel Bernabé clava el análisis de la situación del mundo pre-pandemia con un lenguaje y un mensaje muy didácticos y accesibles, interesa menos la descripción de la crisis sanitaria mundial (el durante), un poco más el análisis del después. Su tesis principal es que la pandemia ha llegado cuando nuestras sociedades ya estaban débiles y arrastraban demasiados conflictos, contradicciones e incertidumbres. El estado pierde poder a marchas forzadas, la izquierda se centra en representar minorías en vez de buscar la redistribución de la riqueza, la economía se vuelve financiera, la clase trabajadora se diluye en el individualismo, el planeta se degrada y se disparan las teorías conspirativas dando forma a nuestros miedo no resueltos. No nos gusta lo que tenemos, dice Bernabé, pero las alternativas se perciben como amenazas, de manera que surge una frustración generalizada que solo tiene una salida: la culpa siempre la tiene el otro. Consciente del pesimismo que supura, es al final cuando Ya estábamos al final de algo nos da un poco de aire para que no todo sea negro negrísimo: “detrás de un final todo está aún por empezar”. AU
