Valencia is illustrated It has been turning Valencia into an emotional map drawn by many hands for ten years. La Rambleta celebrates the anniversary of one of its most beloved projects by bringing together more than one hundred and twenty illustrators in a great retrospective that vindicates the quality of Valencian illustration. Essential names appear throughout the sample, such as Cachetejack, Laura Perez, Jorge Lawerta, Luis Demano, I feel o Nuria Riaza, sharing walls with new generations that keep the creative pulse high. There are no perfect postcards or empty nostalgia here.: there are lively neighborhoods, recognizable squares, bares, theaters, museums, markets, garden and everyday scenes reinterpreted from very different styles. Besides, the project has evolved with the city: If in its first editions the visual celebration of València predominated, Over time, critical views on gentrification have appeared, urban transformation or coexistence in neighborhoods that encourage the demand for cultural and responsible tourism, sustainable mobility, and the importance of small businesses.
