SABOTAGE GALLERY. Very pure, 5
The urban artist Vinz Feel Free launches a new project in collaboration with his antique dealer friend Dr. Cáspula. Half gallery, half store of rarities and artist objects (mugs, pockets, Scarves, t-shirts…), Sabotage is one more reason to wander through the purest Carmen dodging hordes of tourists. Vinz's last project in Valencia featured him as the artist responsible for the transformation of the Ferreres room at the Center del Carme into a ratchet giant that hosted its exhibition Joc (of which there is something in Sabotage). Today he manages one hundred square meters that begin to function as a gallery with a retrospective of the crew Valencian urban art XLF (For the face), emerged twelve years ago and is still around punctually. Each author (Deih, Juliet, Sr. Marmota and Xelön…) exhibits two works crowned by a photo of himself and on the floor, at the feet, we can see the shoes they work with, crushed and covered in paint. A complete success! There is a wall dedicated to screen prints and, opposite, shelves full of curiosities like an antique faucet, a skull, a can of Cola Cao, a toy kitchen, a plate of the Michelin doll, a fabulous Cafés Valiente sign or vintage military helmets. come in, see... and buy!
