It is a groundbreaking exhibition where textiles reign.. The artist has created mutation suits to carry out the metamorphosis that self-discovery requires.. “Finding ways to regulate myself”, “Trust you gut” or “feel nothing” are some of the messages he sends on his punk canvas-banners populated by a priori elements as unconnected as an owl., a stomach, a coffee maker, a vagina, a mask or hooves. Polanco questions the feminine inheritance that imprisons women and categorizes them by imagining alter egos that allow them to be who they want to be. AU
