“A poster is a scream on the wall”, said Paco Bascuñán. And that is what the digital magazine wanted to claim. Makham with a poster contest in which more than 600 designers from all over the world and of which the Valencian Ana Raquel Leiva and the Madrid-born Iván Araújo have emerged as winners (Four Threads Collective). In your proposal, a roller with printed meaningless letters appears stopped before a plane drawn in pencil and partially traced with small nails. The tension between the advance of the roller and that spiked surface is the way that the authors have had to transmit the message raised by the organization: "Communication / Incommunication. The poster as a map and illustrated territory of human contradictions”. The MuVIM will host this and the others until the end of February 89 finalist posters in an exhibition showing different ways of looking at the art of cartelism, from the graphic, manual or digital illustration, the collage, photography or typesetting.
