THE SHIP (Beams Room). University, 2
Stories that address personal experiences, scenes from everyday life and reflections on memory, the identity and social context of the Palestinian people. This is what you will see in Palestinian comic: own voices, collective cry, a show that wants us to keep looking at Gaza after a ceasefire that has been pure pantomime: Israel continues to kill Gazans every day. It will be possible to see the ten original works that were displayed at the Saló del Còmic in Valencia 2025 and five new unpublished comics that have not been shown in the itineraries in Madrid, Alicante, Bilbao, Barcelona, Pontevedra and Algiers. The exhibition presents extracts - and complete comics in some cases - of fifteen comics made by contemporary Palestinian artists, with a wide diversity of narrative and graphic styles, who shout with images for Palestine to be a free day, from the river to the sea.
