The Center del Carme Cultura Contemporània has opened the new season with two video creation exhibitions that reflect on the world gamer and human relations. According to the curator of the show, Cayetano Limorte, closed circuit and a reflection on the concepts of empathy, love and loneliness, from the conception of the subject as a closed circuit. Thirteen artists from different generations and contexts —Inma Feminine among them—they reflect on these questions through sculpture, the drawing, video art and cinema. At a first level, the works investigate the creation of the self, of the other and of the real, which are elaborations mediated by language and the devices of perception. On a second level, the artists focus on the human impulse to escape from the confinement that the closed circuit imposes on us. For its part, the sample ofAna Esteve The respawn ritual (in the world of video games, "respawn" means to reappear in the game, restart the action and continue the experience) it is made up of two facilities that, against the current, offer a positive view on the ability to overcome and the relationships that are established with other people in the virtual community and the world gamer.
