Russafa Escènca is not a neighborhood festival; Russafa stage is already a FESTIVAL, with capital letters, which proposes a new model for management, production, exhibition and consumption of the performing arts in our city. Again, workshops, galleries, studios and shops in Russafa open the doors to a contest that, from a good start already promised. Each of these spaces accommodates the "fears" that constitute the guiding motto of the twenty-three pieces presented in this sixth edition, in between nurseries (twenty-five minute shows), forests (pieces of one hour duration) i l’greenhouse, the festival’s own production that arises from a creation and research workshop with students from Valencian schools of interpretation. Regarding the formats, they repeat textual theater, dance, puppets, performance, circus and live music, and proposals adapted for people with visual impairments are included. Valencia is happy to welcome again this event that will fill the quarter of Russafa with theater and that will offer proposals for all tastes and budgets. GLORIA POZUELO
