The wars of our ancestors

FROM TUESDAY 18 ON SUNDAY 30/4
OLYMPIA THEATER. Saint Vincent the Martyr, 44

Miguel Delibes wrote the novel The wars of our ancestors in 1975, whose protagonist, the recluse Pacific Perez, convicted of murder, He reveals his life and feelings to the prison doctor, transmitting a clear opposition to the violence of wars.. Now under the direction of Claudio Tolcachir and with Carmelo Gómez and Miguel Hermoso on stage, This theatrical adaptation by Eduardo Galán gives us the opportunity to be overwhelmed as spectators, delight in the text and reflect. Because in a confronted society, where every generation has a war to fight, Non-violence continues to be a very current discourse to defend as a way of life. G.T.
