We are facing a curious proposal, an autofiction in which the protagonist is Javier Sahuquillo himself (author) but played by Laura Sanchis. Javier/Laura tell us the story of a retired playwright who undertakes to create one last play. This must meet a condition: it must be based on a news story published in the media. Like this, the author begins his research process and ends up immersing himself in one of the most media-covered crimes in recent Spanish history, the crime of the Alcásser girls. His role as an author gradually transforms into a detective role in which he is accompanied by a young man from Palermo with whom he lives a love story. GEMMA SANCHIS
