“Not bringing theater to the people is abandoning them.”. Empty Spain does not begin when there is no longer a bar in the town, “Emptied Spain begins at the moment when cultural manifestations leave the rural world.”. With that idea in mind, the culture councilor of Macastre and the author and theater director Javier Sahuquillo have held the second edition of this mini festival that extends through different places in the town presenting the sound poems of Versonauts, Olea from the street theater company visitors with the olive as the protagonist (finalist in the MAX for best street theater show) or the children's piece Üiqü’is of Yolanda's Panda.
