Farra

FROM FRIDAY 29/11 ON SUNDAY 8/12
T. ESCALANTE (Principal). boats, 15

Farra is the new show of the Alicante company Lucas Escobedo, created from texts by Lope de Vega, Maria de Zayas, Agustín de Rojas and María Díaz, among others. As the name suggests, Farra brings us a party, celebration and culture during carnivals, set in the Madrid of 1568, of 1668 and of 2024. In this party, everything is possible, the rules change, the world is a paradox and there is no lack of music, the madness, magic and, of course, acrobatics. The sole aim is to represent the madness of the past and present as the viewer embarks on a magical journey through the Golden Age, connected to the present thanks to the magic of circus and comedy.
