"Scenic poetry" is the leitmotif of the 35th edition of the festival Swedish me, a classic Valencian September. It is an epigraph that fits perfectly with the work of the French woman Claire Ducreux, who has combined the languages of dance and the clown (interactive) like no other, and now says goodbye to the stages with Flourish. She will say goodbye to the MIM - a festival that has accompanied her since its beginnings - with this last poetic solo around a tree that symbolizes hope in a world that is walking towards the abyss of collapse. Besides, the artist will give a masterclass and his film will be shown Poems, a tribute to street theater and the arts in general. In the MIM program we find pieces that analyze our reality and question conventional structures. It is the case of At home, which reflects on tools such as cruelty, abuse of power and violence in the name of honor, customs or beliefs; i Suspension, that questions today's masculinity. you will be able to see Claudette, about a ninety-year-old woman very skilled at juggling; the fun Plou & Replouf about a swimming duo synclownitzed inside an inflatable pool; the height funambulism ofH; and an impressive circus proposal inspired by the myth of Icarus that will first pass by Russafa Scenic: The weight of clouds.
