OURS

MAIN THEATER. boats, 15

Ours talk about the more of 60 millions of people forcibly displaced around the world and traces the causes of the wave of refugees: the use of cheap labor, the creation of artificial nations, military interventions… Four Valencian playwrights - Xavier Puchades, Patricia Pardo, Begoña Tena and Juli Disla – analyze the situation of those who suffer from the conflict and those who build and sustain it in this collaborative piece directed by Eva Zapico with the support of the Provincial Council of Valencia and the Valencian Institute of Culture. Journalists, migrants, ship crew, human traffickers and asylum seekers become protagonists alongside an affluent and selfish Europe that looks the other way. S.M.
