Four old women, three sisters and a maid gather at the funeral of the husband of one of them, the powerful Nazaria Alba Montenegro. A night of wake and the dead person still present is the pretext for all the things that have to be said to each other to emerge.: betrayals, infidelities and deceptions from fifty years ago or just yesterday. Nothing more patriotic than family discussions and wakes during the long night, all of this united in what Alberto Velasco, your director, defined as a “rural comedy”.
