4.200 km

FROM FRIDAY 9 ON SUNDAY 11/1
E. UNSTABLE. Aparisi and Guijarro, 7

To start the year, Espacio Inestable recovers its own production 4.200 km released last June. L’any 2024, off the coast of the Brazilian state of Pará, fishermen found a boat with the corpses of nine African migrants. Ninety days before, 25 people had set sail from Mauritania to the Canary Islands, but they deviated from their course and ended up drifting across the Atlantic Ocean, condemned to certain death. About this true story, Jacobo Pallarés and four other authors have put together a piece with elements of magical realism that continues to delve deeper into the migratory drama. With a lot of text, live video and scale miniatures made with origami that take us to such impossible places inside a theater as the immense ocean. AU
