34 MIM

FROM WEDNESDAY 18 ON SUNDAY 22/9
SWEDISH (Ribera Baixa)

The International MIM Exhibition to swedish, festival dedicated to physical and gestural theater that this year celebrates a 34th edition that is committed to the exquisite, as its motto announces, “Delicatessen”. We will be able to taste social proposals such as The Chosen Haram [18-19] by Sadiq Ali, in which the internal struggle against what is imposed by religion and culture within the LGTBQ+ community is exposed; also Plastic Heroes [20-21] of Ariel Doron, an acidic story about war. The absolute premiere comes from the company Patricia Pardo With your piece kitchen! [18-19], about love, self-sufficiency and everyday intimate actions. Among the national premieres, the following stand out: Pendulum [21-22], that combines explosiveness and action against the smooth and constant movement of Kallo Collective or the single version, as original as it is faithful, of Swan Lake [20-21] of L’Eoilenne yFlorence Caillon. We also find in the programming the award-winning Mr. Bo [22] of Marie de Jongh and premieres in the Valencian Community such as The dream of a sparrow [19] by Jordi Panareda (Circus Panic). An artistic program full of delights awaits us, unique proposals and singular universes, where theatrical shows are combined with workshops and audiovisual activities. GLORIA POZUELO
