1789: a year that convulsed France and that immediately brings us back to the Revolution, to a climate of violence and conflict. In this other 1789, the action is set in an alternative France, where the facts are similar but not the same as those we know. In this parallel version of Resistance Theater, the village remains in the background and the plot brings us closer to a series of key and powerful characters, who guide according to their own interests and who lead society towards the precipice. Under this premise, the author of the work, Hadi Kurich, reflects on the human essence regardless of its era and aims to direct our gaze towards contemporary society and its current leaders.
