Mini cheddar cheese fondue

Ingredients (2 personas):
250 gr of cheddar cheese (of good quality) · A shot of white wine · Freshly ground black pepper · Bread · Oregano.

Preparation:
· This recipe is tasty, fun, simple and fast, conquer the guests instantly. Yes indeed, a little paraphernalia is needed: a bowl and a stand to place it on so you can put a lit candle underneath.
· Put the cheddar cheese cut into cubes in a saucepan with a splash of white wine and stir little by little over very low heat so that it dissolves.. Transfer the completely melted cheese to a small bowl., add ground black pepper and place it on the candle. You can also microwave it for two minutes at maximum power in the same bowl that will be used on the table..
· Serve this fantastic mini fondue with the bread cut into cubes with a little olive oil and oregano.
