A painting by the prestigious artist Anastasia Rüe has been stolen from one of the most important museums in Paris. The only clue found at the site is the fallen feather of a strange bird. This is the premise with which screenwriter John Layman and artist Sam Kieth present us Eleanor & the Egret. Nevertheless, This comic is much more than it seems. It is not a mere detective story, but rather a story in which magic and fantasy intermingle with the prosaic in a natural way. Kieth's magnificent drawing helps this., always so imaginative and suggestive, in this case, accompanied by an appropriate naïve touch. ALEX MOSQUITA
