XVI Cycle of Intergenerational Cinema

UNTIL MONDAY 27/5
MuVIM. Quevedo, 10

The MuVIM offers us a series of films in which cinema is used as a "conducting thread that allows us to deal with issues of great interest in relation to the aging process and the living conditions of older people", as explained by Manuel Ventimilla, coordinator of this edition. The cycle is subtitled MUVIM and the elderly What kind of world do we live in?, what world do we want?, and seeks to establish an intergenerational dialogue in the face of the challenges facing us in the current technological revolution. The cycle started in December with Ex Machina by Alex Garland that raised the difficulties of coexistence with artificial intelligence. We'll see in January Sorry we missed you de Ken Loach [15/1] which puts us in a present in which a family man loses his job due to the crisis of 2008 and decides to set up a home delivery company. They will follow Andrew Niccol's classic Gattaca [19/2]; Her [22/4], the brilliant approach to sci-fi d’Spike Jonze i Lars and a real girl by Craig Gillespie. The sessions will start at 17 hours in the museum's event hall with free entry until capacity is reached. G.LEON
